I think Bring your whole crew is a song about the real Dmx. He isn't afraid of anyone or anything that they bring. Dmx is hardcore and can beat anyone at anytime, simply because he is the man. His barking and saying "what" all the time gives people the sense that he is pumped up and ready to go. Blue113 is stupid and is completely wrong in his/her interpretation of the song. I think it is ridiculous to think that Dmx would not be able to take on a whole crew of "niggaz" by himself. He is obviously a superior shot, and an awesome gangster. He can definitely hold his in a gun fight. If one were to assess this song strictly on the basis of the lyrics and not knowing who Dmx really was they would be sorely mistaken and wrong. Dmx is almost god, and in that he is invincible to any other persons attacks. One, love BOOMER!!! |

I think this song represents Dmx's true passion for his friends. His "niggaz" seem very important to him. I feel that Dmx is a caring and compassionate individual who likes to say wonderful things about his buddies. One could also look at the "intro" to "It's dark and hell is hot" where he talks about "...His mans and them". I would like to hear opinions about Dmx's Mans and them, Let me know what you think |
