I can't believe that people here are trying to back up the meaning of this song (which is clearly only able to be interpretted personally) with facts about Mary Magdalene whose role in the life of jesus has been in question for 2000 years! "Jesus new that she was a "Black Madonna" but he still none the less came onto her" -This is the most riddiculous statement i have ever seen or heard. Jesus came on to Mary Magdalene, how kind of you to put it so accurately. (There is a lot of proof in the bible, and other sources, that Mary was jesus's wife and chosen disciple but the meaning of your statement eludes me) A few more points - Mary was never a prostitute, this was just slander as a woman in this time was considered inferior and disrespectful if she did what Mary did, follow jesus and preach his teachings after his death. - Magdalene is a term of respect and authority as is Black Madonna and the name Mary itself! |

This song is pretty good. I wasn't into kisschasy or any of that softer stuff. But this song really got me into the softer more emo music. I love his voice at the start "Ateries flexing as your heart beats hard" and the bridge "Raise your fist and pray to them Underground idols" his voice is amazing in these bits. My friends are supprised that I love kisschasy as they have no "horrible" screaming in their songs! Woo! |
