i think this song is about a guy who is so close to commiting suicide (well his life is pretty fucked up), but this one chick makes him (appears to be the ex girlfriend/ love of his life) yeah, well she stop him from ending his life just by smiling ect. ilove the line 'Yeah you broke my fucking heart but I still want you' theres so much emotion in it an awasome song!!!! |

why do people always gives songs shit if they play them on the OC??? its only going to premote the bands and i mean if you really love a song it doesnt bloody matter where you found out about if from! anyways this is an amazing song. i agree with this being based on a break-up, but it think the guy is happy 'cos the chick was stopping him from being who he really is. like the lines " I would swallow my pride, I would choke on the rhines, but the lack thereof would leave me empty inside." sorta like he wants to say things but someone is stopping him. also the line "Or am I origami? Folded up and just pretend. Demented as the motives in your head." sorta like the chick made him into something he wasnt, and how she saw him in her mind was crazy. this song really is amazing when you look at the creativeness of the lyrics, truely art and and awesome song!!!1 |
