This was once a favourite of mine. I'd borrowed Siamese Dream from my brother and had just been completely blown away.. the bells! the violins! just beautiful. My brother didnt understand why. I think that this is one song where the lyrics mean nothing.. the music says it all. |

The original song is on Judas O (the disk with Rotten Apples) and I think it could be in TAFH, but I'm really not sure.
I used to really love this song (the original version).. I cant quite put my finger on why. The repetition maybe.. I could associate with it- 'A little piece of heaven is all you seek/ from the same old re-run week after week' |

This song is just amazing.. I must admit I first heard it on a BBC advert. I'd heard lots of good things about AF and when wake up played in a music shop and said it was arcade fire I had to buy the album. Superb song from start to finish.. the end bit reminds me a lot of 'You cant hurry love'.. just the rhythm. |

To me, its like the end of the day and the magic when the nights just about to begin and it feels like anything is possible.. being young and indestructable.
It mainly reminds me of smoking in my grandmas basement with my cousin as a kid and turning the music up full blast and not caring about anything. Good times. |

Possibly my favourite pumpkins song.. its the associations with long hot summers. My favourite line is ''when I woke up from that sleep
