"The song is about the faith we put in life. How some people just hope that it will carry them on but it winds up making them fall again. Now for the lotus eatres line. I know what the lotus eaters are but I don't see haow it fits in...maybe someone can help me", well i as soon as i heard this song i thought it was about how people mindlessly follow religous teachings. The lotus eaters line refering to how following religion like that would be like losing who you are, hence the lotus eaters.- |
