At the present, this song really represents a portion of my life where I spent chasing my "ideal life" in my head, completely ignoring what was in front of me that was already seemingly perfect for the time being. I suppose regrets are a part of life. Alas. |

It's that feeling when you've poured all you could in efforts, hopes, wills, and constrained hatred to try to make that one relationship work, but it never does and instead, "she" goes with him and seems to be so much better off. It's like that other guy didn't even try to get her and he tried all he could and never did. Love is selfish, but come on. Sometimes, all you ever really need is that special someone. Thus, "I'm A Wanter". Shout it out, boy. Angry shouts. Lonely shouts. Regret shouts, confusion shouts.......... on those "empty beaches that stretches for miles"........... |

This song, to me, seems like the scream you feel like shouting when all you want to do is be with that one person you tried hard to not mess it up for, but wasn't enough. Everything reminds you of that person. The smell in the car. The picture she drew is on the wall. His mind's daydreams controls his moods... The anticipation is set on that last line. This is definitely their best song. |
