I still don't understand why he randomly says the "Motion personified alpha" line. Did Devin write that? I remember Arjen saying that Devin wrote all of his own lines, and that one happens to be in the midst of his growls. |

Hrm. Why do so many of you people feel so sure of your opinion that bands like Green Day are only writing lyrics like this for money, to follow a trend, et cetera? Sure, maybe the lyrics aren't that great, but do you really need to insult them for other such things? Honestly, you have no idea what their motives are. Hell, I'd say you guys are the people trying to be trendy. It's hip to hate bands like Green Day, after all. Also, TheKorean, you just listed several rather overrated bands and songs. If you want people to "broaden their horizons," at least list something newer and more interesting than songs we've all heard plenty of times over. |
