i dont like old hardcore or punk
but i like some modern hardcore, a lot of metalcore, and some deathcore.
not to mention i enjoy classic rock, modern rock, rap, metal, nu metal, and techno.
does this mean i have a shitty taste in music?
i love elysia (masochist, not lion of judas) because the songs are catchy and aggressive. again, does that mean i have a shitty taste in music?
i like a lot of death metal / metalcre bands that have brutal lyrics about killing people and the like. because its just catchy.
cuz quite frankly in my opinion minor threat and all that hardcore is shit. i cant stand it. its whiny and annoying.
but im not going to say youre wrong in what you like or say that its bad music. because there are a lot of fans of that hardcore as there are also fans of modern hardcore.

They're two completely different bands. Get over it. Personally I like Slipknot more and Mudvayne more, too, but Mushroomhead is still great. Mudvayne used to have face paint and nobody bitched about them.
Anyways, I think it's about a guy that always gets into fights and whatnot. Maybe it makes him feel better. Kind of similar Fight Club, he picks fights with people to feel alive, and he feels it's essential for his survival. That's my two cents. |

im atheist, and i respect everyone that believes in god, but does NOT follow christianity and/or the bible.
people seem to forget that the bible was made by a group of guys, most likely drunk at the time given the date the bible originated, that had the education of a modern 6 year old on average.
and as for "true" and "fake" christians, i guess thats a lose-lose situation. "fake" christians are hypocrites that dont follow the bible and dont act like christians. "real" christians are ones that follow the bible, which makes them believe in tons of hypocracies. funny.
if that offends you, live with it cuz most of you criticize everyone elses beliefs that arent christian as well. |

Well, then he would have to have done some research, because Satanists (real Satanists) don't worship Satan, they worship themselves virtually. Satanists are just related to Satan because back in the 1600s anyone not Christian was considered Satanic (demonic), and the name just kind've stuck.
Yeah, it seems to me that this song is about Christianity alone, or maybe all religion as a whole. Not only is this song true, as is Carl Marx's saying that James put down, but it is also a kick ass song.
Oh, and Christians out there- don't be offended by this song or what I said, because you don't give a shit about what an Atheist feels. |

I've got one thing to say about Fight Club - Not once did it say that the movie was based on a true story, which means it is pure FICTION. So of course there's going to be some weird things going on... Kinda like Tyler throwing... Tyler I guess down the stairs. Only in a piece of FICTION could an imaginary friend throw the real person down a flight of stairs.
Anyways, this is my favorite song off the album. It has a very strong message. |

I think it's about a stalker that goes after little kids. Skrying I think is looking at someone and them not being aware, its a fantasy term. Maybe more of a parent that does it to their children, since they have the best access to watch a kid in their bedrooms. During their harassment, the child would go to their happy place, whatever it is in their imagination, i.e. - a fort you could only enter with a "secret knock" or that they'd have other kids pay a nickel to enter. Just my thoughts. |
