I don't know why but this song sounds very mechanical to me. The repetition of "You are my joy" sounds forced, especially the "I'm laughing so hard..." part. I know this sound has been referred to as DC*B's "rock opera" but it's too much for me? |

I think this one is about the Holy Spirit versus the flesh. The flesh getting a "smooth death" and in the mind now is "a no-no" because of the Spirit. Pretty cool way to describe it. |
