This song became so personal and heart wrenching to me when I had to move to California from Florida about four months ago, and I feel like it explains perfectly what my boyfriend and I were going through. It's such a well written song, and then the drums and electric guitars come in and that's just the climax and it fits the song soo well. Anyways just fucking beautiful. |

I've had the Arcade Fire cd for a while, and I never really payed any attention or cared too much for the album but then In The Backseat played, and the ending is just triumphant. Her emotion just absoutely is poured out in this song. It has to be one of the most heartfelt, beautiful, passionate songs I've ever heard. Its amazing, and it gives you chills, really, the whole album does. |
