Creed is an amazing band and this is definitley my favorite. This song always seemed to sound like a person who discovered that God is the way to go a little bit too late..."shackled by my sentence expectin no return, here there is no penance my skin begins to burn" i had a little rough spot in my life and i just recently remembered what got means to me and i think this song is a great reminder of what life is supposed to be about. |

I think this song is about how our government is caving in on itself because so many people refuse to see eye to eye on so many important issues....thus the chorus
This is definitley one of my favorite songs on this cd. Not quite SOADs best i dont think but its amazing regardless. What gets me is the guitar riff. |
