| I don’t know how I feel about this band at the moment, i agree the sound is pure happy and beautiful but the lyrics are all sad. I think if I wasn't going through a break up at the moment this would take on a whole different meaning! To me the whole album is the story of a couple who clearly love each other very much, but are going through a break-up for the good of themselves. All song lyrics are of course open to interpretation, (and that why I love music so much) but for me this is a break up album through and through. Saying that, if I’m in a good mood, its so easy to tune out of the lyrics and just listen to the melody and harmonies, then it turns into beautifully musical music! | |
