I don't know much about Jesse because I lost interest in Brand New awhile ago, but one of my friends made me check out this cd (I'm very impressed). But I get the impression that the base of this cd is about coming to faith. A lot of people that struggle with coming to terms with God see it as a battle with Satin (or the devil) and God. I see this song as him wanting to be accepted by God but feeling that because of previous experiences, God won't accept him. |

| This song means a lot to me. I am never able to trust people and I have problems letting people get close to me. I met my boyfriend 10 months ago and we've been dating since then, with me moving off to college we've had a lot of stuff to go to but he's still holding my hand through it. This song helps to remind me how much i love him and to remind me that he loves me and fights for us more than anyone ever should. Kimya Dawson is an incredible song writer. | |
