The_Drummers_Angel: Yes it is, at least that's what Villes handwritten lyrics say. But then those lyrics also say: "I'll be the nightmare...", so perhaps he changed them during the recording. Either way, great song with good lyrics. I read an interview where Ville had the comment about it's meaning saying: "It's about not being the most pleasant guy in rock." Because of that comment I think it's about what Angel explained. At least it's not literally about vampires :) (Hope I didn't come out like a smart-mouth :P ) |

As Tobbe_21 said; "This is a very good song but the lyric shows a lot of ignorance about Aleister Crowley." The most ignorant thing about is probably that he pronounces Crowley in the wrong way. He says it in a way that would make it rhyme with "foully" but in fact it is pronounced to rhyme with "holy" :) Either way, great song, awesome solo, my favorite Ozzy song. |
