I love this song so much. It's hysterical, but it's a "love song" too...sort of. It makes me want to go over to Texas, even if it'sa million miles away from Pennsylvania. I can't quite keep up with it since it's really fast(for me) but it's still one of my favorites. |

I love this song. I think it means that he's cared too much about the girl he was dating and they probably broke up for one reason or another. Now he's like looking back and seeing how much he messed up or "cared too much".
A few lines also kinda hinted that maybe someone (girlfriend, brother, sister, someone close) passed or is sick. "I tear my heart open, I sew myself shut" "My scars remind me that the past is real" |

"we're the voice in your head" i think they're talking about the bully's concience..like the voice they get when they start to feel bad.

I can relate to this, espespecially in my middle school. in out school the 'popular' group discriminated the rest of us. i was REALLY surprised when i read over these lyircs for the first time on my CD, especailly when a few of us did "Fall in line"
