IMO you wouldn't get sick of a song if the song has a deep meaning to you. The person was right that grunge is not in trend, but I think it was perfect for this type of song. Kudos for Dave to come out and sing about the insecurities and struggles in life. It's much appreciated! ^^ |

I agree, this is one of their better songs as in a musical sense. What really got me was how he can turn feelings into lyrics in the purest form. Fortunately, I'm not in that situation, but I can relate to the struggle of baggage conflicting with current relationships. I need these songs to channel my emotions into just to get by. Ok, WTF is wrong w/ you women?? As like everyone else, I'm in the same position w/ the majority of you peeps. My girl just left me for a reason that I don't know even know about. Anyway, this song was always a channel to try to relate to what's happening to me. I wish I can relate to women.....any feedback(email instead of post would be appreciated).
Back to the subject, Dido is genius! Translating emotion into lyrics in the purest form. Songs like these actually saves lives. Think about it. |
