ok.. there ya go, i personally always saw this song as "Everything's hanging on this moment" as in, everything we do in this life time effects were we go when we die. "And our hearts are on The Everglow" and the everglow is heaven, so our hearts (and therefor our actions) are our lead up to eternity ....just a thorght, sweet song |

I reckon Its about how some christians show off how good they are and faithful by dancing and openly showing everyone how we give all to GGod, when were not. "then bury it for all to see." also were it says "Yes, we are practicing for war.", i think that basicly means that were ment to be geting ready to face pricipalitys and powers, buy were so distracted with showing off to everyone. |

the fisrt part of the song is were we see God, and he convicts us, and we see all our problems and faults. The next bit is God saying, turn to me and ill make you better. and the third verse "heres my kiss to betray, im desprite to brush the lips of grace" is were we betray God and how we long for forgiveness and God to cumfort us, and make us better again. |

I think its about how we build walls to block God out of our lives, and at the same time ask for God to come and get us. He knows were we are "you have the map come get to me". Also that were fighting with God and at the same time asking him to help us. also "these knuckles break before they bleed" is a representaion of how things inside of us get hurt and give us pain way before the physical signs show. |
