I guess it is a metaphor but it's a strange phrase if it is and it also seems like it could link to 18,000 Lira and possibly the Enrico Gatti references in Stand Down.
Either way I love the way he ends some songs with some seemingly non sequiturs |

On a literal reading it definitely seems to be about tele evangelism but I'm suprised nobody's mentioned the possibilty of him referring to heroin, especially given Martin's well-known drug-use in the past. |
