yeah basically this song seems to pretty much be about a relationship in which both of the partners are fooling around. it sounds like the girl was the one who started all the cheating and now that he's fooling around on her she's jealous and asking questions which makes sense in the first verse "on a worn out throne is the reigning queen of the questions". in the second verse i think by itchy he means like don't get bitchy with me when i tip toe across the kitchen floor, kind of like sneaking in. when it says that i adore all your mother's old fashion ways i think it means that her mother is the old fashion type that doesn't cheat. i think that the girl maybe really popular with the guys and she's i guess you could say "all that" and she knows it. And keep them all checking their watches When you're out tonight that line pretty much explains that she is. |
