| i think this song is about Bjorks ideas about society or more how she believes society should be. Society symbolises this huge enormous tree that bjork has her "own private branch". She believes that society has its rules for reasons and these enforcers are symbolised by the gardener. It also embraces the idea of belonging that if people made this sociological tree, to "comprimise", they could create "unison". Instead of war, terrorism. ect.
