ok so all you "i heard this song first so this makes me cooler than you" people, why is it that you've claimed this song for your own and if you hear a song on a tv programme does that mean that you're not allowed to like it? songs like this add more emotion to tv shows such as the oc and surely if youth group wanted to remain some mysterious band available only people like you then they wouldn't have let the oc use their song. this song means a lot to me personally and lots of other people why should it matter how you heard about it. not all oc watchers are "young teens hopping around" as you so charmingly put it, i'm amazed how narrow minded some of you people are being |

brandon sounds so miserable when he sings this song. it sounds like he's got a hangover! he's trying to put everthing out of his head, but brooke (the girl he liked) is just stuck in his brain and won't budge. I think it's about this guy who really liked a girl and told her he'd be the best but she went off with some other bloke (so he's a jealous mess) and it's doing his head in so he just goes out every night and gets totally trashed because it numbs the pain. |

I first discovered this song when they did it at glastonbury.. it was sooo good! totally different to the other more rocky stuff that they played. so sweet and innocent, I want my chidhood back!! |
