Well, this is above all the best song in the entire fucking universe... Poetic lines, beautiful, this song has got me into writing too. But about the meaning,, quite literally it's about him and a girl, having a thoughtfull night, he likes it, but the girl, she isnt having such a good time, he notices it and doesnt know what to do about it, perhaps she isnt the girl he was hoping her to be. Well, i could be dumb-ass too, never mind, i love this song. |

Lullaby of the crescent moon took you Mesmerized, its kaleidoscopic face Granted you a hollow stare Another soul within the divine herd Well, these lines are about losing someone to the death arent they,,,, when i look at the lyrics you can certainly see things relating to satan (shit on him, im a christian), but some lines are also about the one that he loses... I think..... I guess... Im not that good at interpreting songs. All I know Opeth is great,,,, this one is great, but there's still one better: to bid you farewell... *sighs* |
