Well you can make up many things from the song. Stza maybe singing about a lot of what is going on in CV's life. To me it's about, maybe that some people are very much infested with bug's not on their head but in their mind. These bug's spread too fast like the real bugs do. And then you would notice that it has infested everyone.
It maybe about hatred to the modern ways and all these complicated drugs that heals your pain/disease but causes more damage. |

Well Greenday Fans You don't know that greenday are no better than blink 182 actually. And you think Greendays are punk.
