| yeah this song is about alcohol. as i hope you all know james went through a hardcore drinking problem and this was a song he wrote about it.. then he went through treatment and after that everything he ever wrote ended up being shit. in conclusion, if you're in an awesome band and you have a drinking problem, suck it up pussy and keep drinking and making good music. gah i can't imagine what metallica would be like now if he was still drinking.. well actually... we probably would have a dead james hetfield, but hey at least we'd have good metallica. | |
