| Waikiki – Here Comes September Lyrics

I think this is about two lovers, and they loved each other a lot. I think he left to go to America (yeah Australian band) and this is sort of a song to tell herself, 'I'm alright now, here comes September' which in Aus is spring so symbolic of a happier season? I'm not sure I just kidn of thought that up. It's certainly a sweet song like a sort of defencive song or 'don't cry anymore' song. |

You immature little freaks nead to learn how to spell and use grammar, this stuff is shocking. This is song meanings but no one will understand what you mean if you don't use your own language properly. |

Passion. Lust. Desire. Devotion.
There's a sense of devotion in the words.. "I am the zombie your wish will command me" but that could just be a satire. And there's also a sense of frivolity, Spontanious lust.
It's a great song and she has a GREAT voice, I love that Jazzfunk sound. A song you could easily choreograph perhaps the repitition does this, but it's also a very sexy song. |

Probably one of the best bands ever from Australia next to the likes of ACDC.
I wish America would pull it out and realise yeah they have Green Day and they are good but we're Australia the luckiest country with The Living End and not even Howard will fuck it up. |

| The Living End – What's On Your Radio Lyrics
| 20 years ago
|
It's about the popular junk music on the radio...out there. People listen to FASHION music. People listen to whatever they're told. Music isn't what it used to be. There is good NEW music out there, but it isn't being delivered on the radio and no one looks for it, just listen to what's on the radio they do. Music isn't appreciated in the same way, it's commercialised.

Yes you see it in the video clip that it's about how brain washing the media is. How currupting what kids are being taught...'suicidal education'.
But Loose Tongue is very correct about John Howard...George Bush's little puppy dog. |

I really love these lyrics and the melody is so good.
I'm glad that Youth Group covered this song. I'm glad they brought this song back to us, the youth, to appreciate instead of leaving it lost in the 80s. |

I don't like the Cruel Intentions link. I was growing uo when this song came out. I'll always link it to walking down the street bumping into people when I was jsut starting to get into maisntream pop music. |

Music is dying because well...
take my friend for an example. She likes fashion music. She woudln't know good bands if they hit her with a bat (Pictures john lennon ahhaha) so when I listen to all these bands shes never heard of I'm a freak. But I think people are dying for some new good music. Look at what we have! Crazy frog bringing out an album? No one is actually bothering to make good music cos theres no industry in it no money in it anymore because we download. So sad! The music industry is dying. |

As someone who has an eating disorder I guess, this song is liek my anthem even thoguh I guess its making fun. But people with eating disorders think way differently to 'normal' people. Just remember that you can't think they're nuts even though it is a mental disorder just remember they see things differently. |

He's saying 'Make it up, Break it up" not "making up breaking up"
He could just be speaking about his love for indie music and like its a woman.
I don't get he's taking the piss out of it, that's stretching the lyrics I dunno. |

The killers are top but they have a familiar sound so they have been pieced together by other bands' sounds. (Loveisblind)
Not their best song I agree musically but Brandon's voice makes it sound awesome. |

Brandon Flowers gay, if we chicks loose another guy like him to the guys we'll die!
I agree with the stalker thing and if he said it then that's in. But why do you write a song about a stalker unless you've been through it or can't think of anything to write about...I hope that doesn't sound ignorant.
Yeah anyway Flowers is married dammit. |

He just loves music a lot.
But yeah then he goes on to say "Oh don't be shy, let's cause a scene. Like lovers do on silver screens..." and you know he's probably just referring to the song as a female? Make the music into a big spectical?
I love it though. Love it sooo much. |
