When metal is such a negative genre, it's good to see that a band like In Flames can make music that's so uplifting, with a really positive message to society. I really love other metal bands like God Forbid, Slayer etc that have a more negative outlook, but still In Flames are a refreshing break. |

I agree ac666, I know plenty of people like that and it's pathetic. Who cares if it's not t3h tr00 style that they originally had as long as it still sounds good? I think some people just get too caught up in maintaining their image as hardcore underground metalheads and forget that the whole point is to enjoy the music. |

I think it's about how people get caught up in the idea of revenge and retribution and then everything spirals downwards into anarchy. I first got this impression from the lyric "Hey, get in line for tragic
Let us dance to the pistol magic", and everything else seems to fit from that. |

I think this song is about people who have nothing better to do than criticise others, and contribute nothing of their own to society.
Oh yeah, Arch Enemy are amazing! I saw them a couple of years ago and I'm hopefully seeing them again this September in London. It's funny because her live voice is even more ferocious, when she's just this pretty little blonde woman amid 4 huge long haired typical metallers! |
