I mostly agree with ckdamascus, except that I think it may be from a (potential) new love's POV. This guy is interested in a girl who's last relationship just ended. She's still stuck on her ex, hoping they'll get back together, and this new guy is aware. Yet he waits for "that final moment" when she finally lets go of the ex and asks the other guy out. If all that made any sense at all. |
