WOAH, I can't believe there's only like one comment for this song.... Well to me, it seems like she's not sure of what she's supposed to be thinking about in general because poeple have lied to her. "Please speak softly,or they will hear us,and they'll find out,why we don't trust them" She doesn't know who to believe anymore. and she is confused "I need to know, why we don't trust them" She feels like everything is piling up and like when did she become like this, doubtful and when she realised that she really doesn't actually know what's true anymore. "Explain to me,this conspiracy against me, yeahAnd tell me how,I lost my power, oh yeah" She wants answers for what has happened to her and she wants to know when things started to go wrong, whilst she thoguht that there was someone there to help her, a lover that maybe promised her that he would be ther for her no matter what happened between them, and that he'd help her with what she was feeling. She wants to know why maybe he is the one that lied to her. Meh, probably doesn't make sense, but this song really is beautiful xxx Ani xxx |

This is probably wrong, but this is how I see this song. I think that this song is about hope and thinking really positively about things. It's maybe convincing herself that she needs to be patient, and it's about maybe how she is falling in love too fast, but she doesn't mind because she wants it to last. She has fallen fast and hard for someone and she knows that something good will happen, even though she can't see for sure that it will. No matter what happens, things are going to be alright. When she gets what she wants in the end, she knows that it will be great and everyhting that she could wish for. I love this song so much, it really cheers me up and helps me look on the brighter side of things. |
