OH, I forgot to mention that I actually looked at the song time before listening to the song, so when I heard it was a slow one my first thought was "He's gonna keep this up for 6 minutes?" So I wasn't surprised that the slience came and then the techno thing, which made me laugh slightly. |

Ah, yeah this is such a good one. As others have said- it's one you can relate to. That's what I like about certain songs by The Used; their songs don't all need to have creative metaphors and whatever and still reach audiences. But those are pretty clever, must say. |

I really like this song. I have an idea of what it means? Maybe it's about a past love "I Found out that you're in town, but you never came to see me anyway? " and something bad happened in their relationship so she does something 'bad' later "Oh, they will never find out about us.

This song is amazing, at first I wasn't sure if it was The Used/bert cause it's just the piano, but I figured it out. This song is so happy and then one part it gets all disonant and then lightly comes out of it. Beautiful. And the fact that Bert just played it, no writing, that's splendid. Hahha, great great! |

yeah I heard it's about his dad's passing.
The song is really beautiful though. And in the *music video* when the girl and the guy are upset at each other cause the guy's going to the military, that gets me. It's heartwrenching cause they love each other so much and the girlfriend is really scared cause she doesn't want to be alone. And the guy just wanted her support.

@ You'll be a memory- Yeah I noticed that too, but more so at the end, after the (beautiful) "take all of me, yeah, hey" part. And now when I listen to it, I hear it in the beginning, definitely.
Yeah strange, when I listen to it my throat starts hurting, slightly, like when you're trying to choke down your tears?? Know what I mean?
And the sound of this song is much different from most of their other songs, but it's really nice that way, and calming. I love listening to this song really loud, it's great that way.

This song is great, and I think with some, if not most, the screaming helps the song emotionally. Does that make sense?
