| Well It sounds to me that the singer got dumped, but it wasn't because there was no connection, but just because nothing would work out, it's like they broke up because at the time they just didn't fit, and it just wasn't easy like a relationship should be in the beginning. But since they had chemistry and butterflies with each other, he was still totally hurt when they did break up. | |

To me it means he really wanted the relationship to be something different than the other ones in the past, he just can't connect with her, I think his problem is his words, he just can't convey what he feels, and open himself up and just be himself with her. And since he does really care and like her, he's willing to be anything she wants him to be. ahh, I'm just trying to make it something it's not aren't I? I see a little similarity to my own life and try to make the song match it...? Maybe. Nevermind. |
