I don't think this song has anything to do with sex. So, start cleaning up your thoughts, people!! :-) This is about a person liking another one, he's very sure about her, and yet he also knows that he doesn't really know her yet. In other words, he probably JUST met her. Things went very fast, as if they had already known each other in the past (lives?), he could feel her, without even trying. She also went along, at the same time she's holding a lot of information in her chest, not opening up yet. She's not ready to reveal her own deep hearts. Maybe she's married? Maybe she's attached to someone else? Maybe she's got personal issues? Who knows. She's not sharing the secrets yet to him. No matter what though, something is telling him that she's the right person... So. You see? No sex! It's all about pure and beautiful love, with all of its deeper meanings!!!! | I agree w/ gogofast and white shadow of what this song is all about. Many times we read and watch Bono admitting his religious faith, his social background/upbringing, there's no doubt about them. Now... as for the rest of us... I think it shouldn't matter if Bono is talking about HIS religion. There's nothing wrong with that. It's a free world to be talking about how you feel about your own religion, your satisfaction/disatisfaction/unfulfillment from it. What's wrong is if you start condemning other people's beliefs/religion. There's also a difference between a "religious" person (who tends to just follow religion religiously), and a "spiritual" person (who tends to go deeper than just following faith blindly). Bono seems to be more of the latter. More importantly, Bono is an artist, he expresses himself through words and music, and he's doing a hell of a good job!! | |

Spooky stuff. Way too spooky. As this one guy and I were checking out of a hotel in this one very early Summer, we both had these very heavy thoughts looming above our heads that maybe we should each go on our own separate ways, however hurtful it may be.
