"Clip the wings that get you high, just leave them where they lie" Clip the wings that get you high, stop getting high, stop taking the drug.. leave it where it is. "And tell yourself, 'You'll be the death of me'" The drug will kill you.. I think from this, it's somebody trying to fight against their addiction. Almost every line refers to it.. but especially those.. (to me :)) |

| I think it's about everything he hasn't done or what he wanted to do and how he wants to change, he's getting sick of doing the same thing all over again, day in day out.
