However, the chorus expresses some sort of doubt, showing how she knows that she doesn't fall in love so lawlessly, so what is happening? She's so caught up in this surreal bliss that she turns to say, "As long as I'm losing it so completely," which in my mind translates to her saying that it may be a dream or it may be reality, but whatever. I'm yours and however long this wonderful phase lasts, take me. The constant references to flying shows her dream-like state and how her spirit is way up high in the clouds. "Sky high magic I sugar rush And don't stop" It's like she's in eternal happiness with this guy and everything is so beautiful. She thinks that she must be dreaming because she's in a euphoric state never felt before. |
