UnraisedMetal, how on earth did you figure out the screamed parts? That aside I think this song (at least to me) is actually about a prostitute. In the beginning of the song he is infatuated with her, but later treats her as a possesion. Once he's through with her he questions who his "love" is becuase she sold herself to him. |

Whenever people come across a person they consider to be a "666" they immediately make it clear that they are "555". "But what the fuck does that mean?" you ask. The truth is that it means absolutely NOTHING. 555 is JUST A NUMBER, 666 is JUST A NUMBER. The only people who feel anything for either are christians. They brand everything to conform to some type of system. No one else cares and neither does SLIPKNOT. That's what Corey is trying to say "If you're a 555, then I'm a 666" - Who cares! Not me, not him. In the song he continually says things about himself that aren't complimentary, those are the type of things that OTHERS say about him. Thats why there are so many satanic connotations in the whole album. He dosen't care. btw "toughguy", slipknot dosen't suck, just you. Get a life. |
