Anyway, done ranting. I love this song!!! Beautiful!!! (Yes, the opening lyrics are the best of all...) I 'd say it's about a guy who's in love with a singer. He misses her tons, and writes her this sweet little song, which he tries to leave on her answering machine (but it sounds crappy). Yeah...great song, so cute.

it might be a b-side to one of the single albums released in the UK, or just a demo track, so i'd say your best bet is just to download it...as for meaning, i am in agreement with brandonflowers413...as for "i'm better off this way", maybe he means it's better to be obsessed and desperate than to have never loved her? just a guess. |
