Keep the song title in mind. Everyone is asking themselves these questions now and then. Wayne does it himself and at the same time he realizes that the questions are lame (he doesn't even finish his question about the birds). So he's calling it a placebo headwound: a moment where these questions pop up in mind, although you know there's never an answer and it doesn't really matter anyway. I like to think that its alright to have questions like this sometimes, but only when you realize it's just a placebo headwound. This is only a interpretation off course... |

Ik denk dat je gelijk hebt Loesje: je kunt wel van alles zeggen maar het hoeft allemaal niet waar te zijn. Hoe weet je wanneer iemand het meent wanneer diegeen beweert van je te houden? Volgens mij is 'ik zal je zeggen dat ik van je hou' dan ook de belangrijkste zin uit het nummer. Ik vind dit echt een van de betere Spinvis-nummers en dat zegt wel wat want ik vind hem echt geniaal. |

I haven't read everything, but my interpatation is (very )different from the rest. I think it goes about a guy who has parents with big problems. He hates his world, till he meets a girl just like him. And they escape with the two of them and they only need eachother. They forget about their old world (what happened to our parents? what are names?). Perfect love |
