You guys are way off base here. If you know anything about Dan Young, the lead singer, you know that he was a closet homosexual before joining the band. He said performing live "freed him" and gave him the strength to come out. This song is about coming out of the closet as a gay. With lyrics "I'm terrified of who i'll become with you" and "The whole world hates us" you will see how obvious this is. Just ask him about it next time you see a show, I did! |
