Coheed and Cambria – The Running Free Lyrics 18 years ago
There is such a noticeable difference between this song and all of their other works. Claudio's voice sounds like he's been training and perfecting it hardcore since the last two albums. It's so full. Anyway, this song definitely sounds like the end to something, but not like "The Final Cut" was an "ending" the song gives the mood that implies that nothing is to come after the events being described in this song. Sorta like the last fast song on a CD. I can't wait to see how Coheed re-immersed this album's concept back into the actual story, seeing as the last album was based on the conflict between the Writer and Claudio in the story. It would make sense that it will sorta start off as a flashback and then lead into "okay this is what's currently happening." My thoughts lol. Let's make this discussion HUGE!

Fall Out Boy – I'm Like a Lawyer with the Way I'm Always Trying to Get You Off (Me and You) Lyrics 19 years ago
"The tree I used to lay beneath..."....Is that a reference to their last album? That one line just stuck out at me, and I had been wondering that.

Dropping Daylight – Answering Our Prayers Lyrics 19 years ago
This song is so beautiful. I think it's somewhat of a ballad in which he's questioning his faith or something like that. It's almost as if he's questioning God: "Are you even there? or did we just make you up to help cope with the way our lives have gone so wrong?" Still a good song though.

Acceptance – The Letter Lyrics 19 years ago
For some reason, when I heard this song and actually understood the lyrics, I immediately thought "Scarlet Letter" mostly because of the first verse and the chorus. I think its alluding to "The Scarlet Letter" because of the first line "I take it all to heart, Don't point the finger" and then "Of all the sinners....Your the one who took the fall"..Anyone who has read the book knows what I'm talking about. For most of the book, Hester Prynne is the only one weighted with the blame of adultery, but Minister Dimmsdale feels just as guilty even though nobody knows he is her lover.

Anna Nalick – Catalyst Lyrics 20 years ago
Argh.. how can nobody have commented on this one?? Anyways umm it seems to be about a couple or something, and one of two scenarios
1: They moved from Frisco to LA and found that it wasn't everything they thought it would be so they developed relationship problems because neither of them were happy where they were.

2: A couple may have broken up, and one of them moved to LA from Frisco, but they still loved each other and got depressed and addicted to drugs because of how badly they missed each other
