i think monolith being a big stone is a metaphor for a problem- he has a a big problem inside him (i rly dno what else it could be) and he wants to get it out of him.
it could also be something to do with religion becoz he says god and jesus and the beast could be the devil or something and consecrate and desecrate. and bloody hands could be like stigmata. and hes confused- in the dark about religion. |
