Alright I think you guys are all nuts.... I may be nuts too, but here's my theory. Not real sure about the first verse, but I think it's about a guy who likes a girl who he's really in love with, but thinks she'll never like him or that she's way out of his league. He's trying to be all cool, but he's not convincing and all the while falling more in love with this girl. All he can manage to have are these awkward conversations that never amount to a whole lot, but he treasures them. Then with the 'look, laugh, smile, second' thing, he feels like each one is a chance to try and make her fall for him, but he screws up and lets the moment by and agonizes over it. Obviously, it could go vice versa too, meaning wise.. like a girl falling for a guy, but since it's the guy singing it, thats just how I wrote it. |

Yeah it's pretty obvious that in this case it's about a guy and his ex girlfriend, but it can also be taken with a friend situation, like someone else said. Like, they used to be good friends but now they're drifting apart, and things are different. He's hanging around, looking for her screen name online, while she couldn't care less because she got everything she wanted, while he's going insane...And she just "forgot he was there." |

i LOVE this song. it has a fantastic rhythm, melody, etc, especially in the live version. The lyrics are really meaningful and just sort of sad, but great at the same time. After I heard this song, it became my new favorite blink song, definitely. wow. |

This is one of my favorite Blink songs...it makes me want to just like...i don't know, go crazy or something. It's so simple yet complex...if that makes sense...It has a great tune/beat/ everything. I can't believe more people haven't commented on it...awesome song! |
