hey you know what... i know may 16th vrom thps2 and it was the first time i ever heard lagwagon... but first thing is: I know many more wagon songs now.. I got some albums, I got some shirts and I saw lagwagon in herne, germany on deconstruction tour 2005... I think I can call myself a "lagwagon fan" and not a "tony hawk music fan"... next thing: I LOVE MAY 16TH. to me, it's a great song. i like the lyrics, i like the fact that you can interprete it in many different ways (as described here), and i like the music... i enjoy listening to it or even playing it on guitar... there are people who don't like the music or stuff, but thats a personal decision everybody should make for him/herself... and next thing: there are some who dislike it for being in thps2...what's the matter? If I hear from lagwagon through tony hawk and then I listen to other songs and become a REAL fan, buy records or go see them play and have some fun, lagwagon can be happy to have one more fan... And otherwise if I listen to it thinking "wow I gotta see them cause theyre in thps2" and waste my money to see a band play though I only know one song of them, and for the other 55 minutes I suffer for being "a cool skater who was at a wagon show", I'm simply stupid...and then lagwagon can say "hah, idiot! got your money!" so...I'd do it the same way... |

i found "I am not in BEYOND great pressure harbouring jealousy of you" in another version and i think it sounds a lot like this too... but...(i'm sorry i'm from germany) is it correct speech?! or just his poetic licence loool |
