Oh my god. None of you ever stick with a band through hard times. This isn't even a hard time! They've found a song that has some screaming moments and it has something called "Singing" in it also. I usually hate Screaming Thrashing Metal, but this song has gotten me into Atreyu a little more. I checked on Suicude Notes and damn.. It's ok, I don't really like screaming but I'll listen to it for the great chorus'. You people just need to learn something, not every band can stay underground forever.. they gotta get attention for being the great artist they are. For god sake's, Atreyu isn't dieing, they're just keeping themselves and metal alive. |

No it isn't about religion. On their site they even say that it is a "Anti-Mainsteam" song. So you really don't stand a chance with that opinion. 'Cause themselves they said "Anti-Mainstream" song. It's just dark and everything because that's Alkaline Trio's style. This is that they're scared that the only thing we'll hear on the radio wont be anything good and we wont remember those who aren't on the radio. And their's bands with more talent then the shit on the radio but those bands want to sell out and sign to a major labeling company. I think Alkaline Trio didn't sell out, they were sending a message. Alkaline Trio is slowly becoming my favorite band. They're awesome with their deeper thought and darker lyrics, and their actual music talent. Time to Waste is a perfect example, a great opening for a soothing and relaxed feeling than a warning of something slowly, than a great all out punk style. I'm defanitly buying the album when it comes out. Music video's aren't used to COMPLETLEY clear a song. Korn's clown music video showed about school and everyone thought it was about bullying. Yet it was about a guy who came at their concert and said some shit to them. (Just an example) Now, this song is defanitly not about heroin. As for the end of the Music Video it infact says Amnsety meaning "A general pardon granted by a government, especially for political offenses" I think this means something about in the Middle East.
