i love this song i have so many friends that will only wear certain labels because it's the cool thing or whtever, they follow the trends and bacically look like clones. i dont follow trends i wear what i like even if it's not in style or from a cool brand. most of my clothes com from little known stores. everyone keeps trying to pressure me to lose weight (i'm only 120) to wear certain clothes to wear make up. it's really a song about a superficial society which is what we live in. |

i agree with Yasmine14. this song is kinda saying that only the new generation wicch is us, can change the future that we can keep disasters from happening such as columbine and other such tragedies. that even though parents will always end up ignoring their children, they have friends that can hlep them through things and together they can accomplish anything |

I love this song. it's my anthem. it's like one day I can finaly do what i want and not care what my parents say. they act as if i'm suposed to just do as i'm told and not have any feelings.
