This song to me is about being a slave to the world we live in, and when he is saying "don't open your eyes you won't like what you see", is saying if you truly open up your mind and see what the world is like you won't like it. Politics,Government,Mass Manipulation, etc. IN this case when he says "I have found that you can find happiness in slavery" means that he was once blind and a slave to the world, but he had his eyes opened to him and there is no going back. |
