I don't really see the abortion themes... I always thought that this song was about the distrust of government figures, about how they ale slow to act, resistant to change, have no idea how to help those in need. |

I disagree, I think this is one of the few songs on the record that Daltrey sings well.
I think the Townshend material for Face Dances is good, though its not great WHO material. |
