i have a couple corrections to what adamr wrote, on "With your sound you kill the inc." and other's where it sounds like yo or your it's "Joe's sound", because Fat Joe's rapping. and when it says "Until your cheddar's heavy" it's "Until your jetter-headder", i have no clue what it means, but that's what it is. I have subtitles in my TV when it's muted and i muted it on when the video came on and that's what it said the lyrics where, and i thought they sounded better, so that's what i'm going with. Otherwise i love the song; 5 stars 2 and a half thumbs up. |

This is my favorite song on the album, along with "I Just Wanna Live" and "Predictable", and the line "And money talks in this world, that's what idiots will say, but you'll find out that this world is just an idiots parade" is genius. But i think the thing about the robot and the boy is that the robot has gone from person to person in it's time of being, and he's teaching the boy it's with now about life. I really don't know, i'm just guessing,but i love GC and a lot of other bands, but there''s too many to list. |

in the CD booklet it says, "First of all, 'cut my wrists and black my eyes' is a figure of speech. Hawthorne Heights is strongly against suicide in any form. During the recording sessions, I remember everyone was arguing with thier girlfriends. This rarely happens. It must have been a full moon or something, but seriously each one of our girlfriends were mad at the same thing. We wern't in Ohio (and we wern't going to be for a long time). We were working 15 hours a day on our album and we all just wanted to sleep. I wrote those lyrics to the song solely in tribute to our girlfriends. I knew we were going to be putting them through a lot in the next year, so this is my get out of jail free card. There is no mistaking it. This song is about our girlfriends, who live in Ohio." |

'So here we are, back to the start again...' Those lyrics have a very literal meaning. We are starting over from ground zero. At this time, my girlfriend was in Europe studying abroad and i hadn't seen her in three months. One of my favorite features of NIKKI FM are her eyes. I absolutely cannot look into her eyes and be mad at anything. So her eyes can seriously bring a better light to my day.'As days go by the memories remain, I'll wait for you.' It might sound cheesy, but this is my way of saying it dosn't matter what happens, I will wait for you to get home from Eurpoe to be happy again. This was our first real time apart in like a year and a half of dating. I guess I could have been more metaphorical, but at least it's easy to understand. You have to give up some of the thingsyou love for awhile to have the chance of a lifetime.
