I had an unforgettable romance with a guy I could never be with. His responsibilites kept him in NC and mine kept me in TX. He called 1 evening and sang this song to me over the phone on with his guitar. I had to pull over b/c I just lost it. I remember watching him get on the plane the day he left me.
