I think this is my favourite song off of Skeletons. I think it is a well known fact that wednesday gave up alcohol when he wrote this album. So think that drinking was his demise while people are just cheering. |

The whole painting my room actually I have had to do. I was about to move, and there were murals all over my walls since I was a child. Then when I was kicked out of the house, I had to paint over all of those before I left because it was no longer my room, it went back to my parents. So it is just leaving and not leaving any traces of where you were. Kinda funny for a guy that has sold so many recoreds. |

This song was written before Guilty. I think it was the less mature Lauri singing about how he felt his friends were not there for him anymore while he was away with his band. "I've been busy with the band, if you know, what that means." But then he wrote guilty so hopefully he made up with his friends. |

iruleall no the video doesnt make any sense because it was about the evil dead (80's horror movie). I love this song and its like a crossroad for her and she tried to get some insight from a person, they didn't help so she is moving on. |

morbidlybeatup--okay sweetheart---don't talk about things you don't know. HIM STARTED as his infernal majesty---now stay with me on this--when they wanted to get their first album (that would be Greatest Love Songs Vol. 666) In order to get it signed they had to tell everyone (the press and their fansite included) that they were NOT in any way related to His Infernal Majesty.(But if you look at their original EP 666 ways to love they had His Infernal Majesty on the bloody cover) They got signed and the rest is history. And the reason why they were called HER in the start in the states was because there was a Chicago based Jazz band call HIM. They already had copyright laws in the states so Finnish HIM had to go by HER for a while but then later paid the American HIM so they could have the name internationally. |

I really like this song because I learned that I had a great aunt that was a sister of charity (she died when I was 14). She still has this sort of impact on me. Any that don't know what a sister of charity is--its a nun thats in a sorta of convent but it more of a social group its hard to explain. I wonder if Jyrik knew a sister of charity... |

Nah ignorance is where you don't know anything about a subject. You know of the 69 eyes...so no, not ignorant. Just a bad use of words(websters.com is a good site to check up on that sort of thing). Also could I ask for you to not use "gay" as a derogatory term. Just listen to what you listen to and don't post rubbish trying to prove a bands sexuailty on how they sing--think of queen---they rocked harder than most heterosexual bands. |

Onomatopoeia- Daniel Lioneye is Linde Lindstrom (guitar player of HIM) . It was a side project done by Linde Mige and Ville during between (not for sure) Razorblade Romance and Deep Shadows and Brillant Highlights albums. They only made one album and completed it all with a few days. You should get the album--its good entertainment. |

I love HIM but I just really can't love this CD its almost a repeat of DSBH but even in those days HIM stayed in their roots but just didn't grow. Dark Light it almost seems to just go backwards on the progress they made with the album Love Metal. A lot of repeats of past songs (as far as the vibes and basic undertone and chord progression) Like Killing Loneliness was a more pop genre of the Sacrament. As far as the mixing and stuff goes the CD is just another bit in the mainstream and doesn't stand out as like it did in the past days. I went to concert in Philly and all the new songs completely change when you hit the concert hall there is a lot more energy to the songs. There are about as many refrences to Santanic worship as there are references to christianity--- |

It was really weird but also might be me but also heard on the opening verse it sounds like he said "Lets leave this earth where others die" probably just me...Really like the song and there the lines talking about the religion and venus is just that the goddess of love and saying that love will be there and the only pain given is the pain you inflict upon yourself or something like that |
