i wanted to add that u see all the straightedge kids in the clip i got the feeling that they wanna say something like look were straightedge and we dont need drugs oh and i think that the spanish parts have to do with the whole reincarnation thingy :D |

i think im the only one who thinks this but i think its about using drugs to forget ur problems or something like that "don't waste your touch, you won't feel anything, or were u sent to save me i've thought to much, you won't find anything, worthy of redeeming" davey's talking to the drugs, he says that he doesnt need them because he knows they will destroy him "To... break down, and cease all feeling Burn now, what once was breathing Reach out, and you may take my heart away" this is whats happening when you're on drugs, they suck the life out of you and destroy you "Imperfect cry, and scream in ecstasy So what befalls the flawless?" ur unhappy and and ur trying to forget your problems by using drugs "Look what I've built, it shines so beautifully Now watch as it destroys me" in the beginning u think u can forget all ur problems by using drugs but u dont notice that ur destroying urself with them and you're problems are only worse "I left it all behind, and never said goodbye I left it all to die" u dont notice that drugs are destroying you so u just leave all the good things behind without saying goodbye "I saw its birth" u notice that you're addicted to drugs and u remember the time when it all started "I watched it grow" u noticed that the drugs were taking u over but u just watched, u couldnt do anything to stop it "I felt it change me" u felt how the drugs changed you "I took the life, I ate it slow" u start using more drugs "Now it consumes me" and now the drugs are destroying you and its hard to find a way out i hope my explanation made any sense and sorry for my bad english ^^ p.s.
