Musically the song is nice, especially live. But the translated lyrics are a load of crap;
I've read emo lyrics better than this.
If you've ever read anything about kyo's past, you'd know he grew up a normal kid who suffered typical heartbreak. This song is just dramatic BS made up.
Kyo's retarded stage antics also make his voice sound like crap live; He's a drama queen who seems to care more about a stage performance rather than actually singing well

Sounds like a growing up song.. they're desperate to grow up and be independent, and they want to get as far away from where they are as possible.

A nice song whether it's about his girlfriend or mom or whatever. He definitely feels like he's doing what's best for her by leaving, maybe he's caused her a lot of pain, but she still loves him a whole lot. I don't think it's technically about a breakup, but just him leaving for HER sake.
Sometimes I wonder if he's indicating suicide in the song or not. |

It seems like they find themselves busier and busier with life, but he still feels the same way, and thru-out the years, they're off-and-on, even though he still has strong feelings for her. Her life is waay different than his (maybe she got wild) and he's just a nice, calm guy?
Overall ... he was really in love with her when they drifted apart, and he still is, even though her life and her are so different. And having her in his mind all the time, is something normal for him. |

Definitely a song dealing with someone who killed themself. This isn't Blink 182 trying to be pessimistic, this them writing about a certain issue.
As for this whole "oooh blink sold out bla bla". Eh? As somsone stated, they couldn't stay 19 forever. Their music got a lot more serious towards their end, but it was still decent. So who cares if you think/don't think if they're emo/punk/rock/pop... they're just a hella good band. :] |

This song reminds me of a girl who can't decide whether or not she wants to stay with a certain boy, so she keeps breaking up/distancing herself from him then coming back. (and repeat). Then he finally gets fed up with it.
This song always reminds me of hangin' out in San Diego, dunno why. :) |

"Have I hurt you? I have hurt myself" is my favorite line in the song, not sure why, but it makes me sad. Anyhow, if anyone's ever experienced a breakup with someone really special.. they can definitely relate to this, and the intensity in Tim's voice. |
